UK Hacking group begin operation Anti - Security
The hacking group whom go by the name of Lulz Security have today released their first Anti-Security operation after teaming up with the ethic hacker group Anonymous.
Lulzsec have been iresponsible for leaking the details from Play Station Network back in May and more recently taking down the Serious Organized Crime Agencies website.
After LulzSec teamed up with Anonymous they made a pledge to take down fat cat companies and controlling governments.
The group published the details they found from the Arizona Department of Public Safety on a popular torrent site meaning the documents will go on forever and be next to impossible to get removed from the internet.
The leak contains many pieces of sensitive information such as passwords and email addresses for the many high ranking people working for the department of public safety including officer number badges.
The likely source of the leaks are from the vulnerable password from several officers as seen in the leaked documents. In result of the leaks the DPS taken their email system and entire website offline.
DPS spokesperson Steve Harrison had confirmed that the leaks seem to be authentic and also said the agency's IT technicians are working on the issues of security. He also stated that he had a tip off that the department is vulnerable.
The group behind this have stated that they aim to publish a new leak in the name of 'AntiSec' each week that will reveal private documents.
