Promotional video production: Meeting Notes with Client. 09:45

Our group had organized another email with our client; Mrs R Davies, subject leader of Maths and Science education at Park Hall Academy. We organized this using email contact with the client.

Date of Meeting: Friday 11th November 2011.

We took a brief plan of the opening thirty seconds to the promotional video which the group had planned. This included shots and technical footage such as title credits and video effects. The scanned copies of this are below.

Mrs Davies was pleased with the storybopards and this bought discussion towards locations for filming.

Ask Students across all years who are taking Science, we should aska  few students, perhaps one boy and one girl about the course and what they think about it. The students should talk about Science and what they enjoy about the course, making sure it is specific to their year group to avoid any repetetiveness.

We went on a tour of the department to look at some of the Labs and we organized a reccee for Friday 18th November. We will require a camera and possibly a Tripod to take images of the departments in their natural lights.

We have taken in to account a request by the client to fiolm the displays in the labs being filmed.

Some Labs to take in to account: LG3, LG7, L23, L12.

We have organized another meeting with our client, Mrs R Davies for 18th November 2011. We will create a reccee of what equipment we shall use for the video along with what lab we shall be filming with. We will also take another set of stpryboards taking our planning timeline so far at 31-60 seconds. Altogether we will have story boarded a minute.
